Serves: Ansonia, Derby, East Haven, Hamden, Milford, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Orange, West Haven, Woodbridge, Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Trumbull, Shelton and Stratford.
Do I Qualify
- Have UI residential electric service.
- Replace a heat pump or install a qualifying system for cooling only.
- Use a participating installer.

Who Files It
The customer submits the signed application and paid invoice.
The provider pays either the contractor or the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Choose a qualifying system.
- Install during 2026. Apply by February 27, 2027. Application.
