  • Use Delmarva Power electric service in Delaware.
  • Complete an acceptable energy audit and choose an approved renewable-energy contractor.
  • Obtain preapproval and register the applicant as a state eSupplier for payment.

Who Files It

The applicant submits the online application with contractor documents and registers to receive the grant payment.

The money is paid to the homeowner.

The Steps to Apply

  1. Complete the audit and select an approved contractor.
  2. Submit the application and wait for preapproval. Application instructions.
  3. Install the approved system and submit final invoices, photos, and completion documents.
