Do I Qualify
- Use a thermostat model on DEC's compatibility list.
- Allow DEC to adjust the thermostat during summer peak alerts.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The member enrolls through the thermostat manufacturer's program link when DEC restores enrollment.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
