CHELCO Heat Pump Rebate Program: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. CHELCO says it "will also continue to offer rebates to builders and homeowners for dual fuel and mini-split heat pumps".
Serves: Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, and Santa Rosa counties, including on Eglin Air Force Base.
Do I Qualify
- The home must be a single-family residence served by CHELCO.
- CHELCO Energy Services must complete the load calculation.
- Follow CHELCO's equipment sizing recommendation and use a licensed installer.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The homeowner contacts CHELCO Energy Services to arrange the required load calculation and rebate review.

- Use a licensed contractor to install the qualifying system.
