Serves: Orlando and St. Cloud and portions of unincorporated Orange and Osceola counties.

Do I Qualify

  • Receive OUC electric service.
  • Provide an invoice and matching AHRI certificate or reference number.
  • Water-only customers do not qualify.

The Steps to Apply

  1. Install a qualifying heat pump.
