Serves: Central Florida; the service area extends from the west coast to the east coast.

Do I Qualify

  • Connect an eligible thermostat to your central HVAC system and home internet.
  • Agree to utility temperature adjustments and receive PRECO's acceptance.

Who Files It

The residential member enrolls an eligible thermostat.

The money is paid to the homeowner.

  2. Maintain the internet connection and participate in controls.
