Tallahassee furnace installation rebates: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. The following rebates are in effect for new and existing single family and multifamily housing.
Serves: City of Tallahassee natural gas customers in the Leon, Gadsden, and Wakulla areas, including new customers connecting where gas is available.
Do I Qualify
- Use City natural gas service.
- Provide paid equipment and installation receipts.
- Obtain any required permit and inspection.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The homeowner applies and may assign payment to the installing contractor.
The provider pays either the contractor or the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Confirm natural gas availability and arrange installation.
- Submit the completed application within 12 months of final inspection. Residential application.
