Serves: Cobb, Bartow, Cherokee, Fulton and Paulding counties in Georgia.

Do I Qualify

  • Have residential Cobb EMC service at the installation address and keep all accounts current.
  • Install a new thermostat for this program and participate in Energy Network feedback.

Who Files It

The member submits the request, receipt and installation photo.

The money is paid to the homeowner.

The Steps to Apply

  1. Install the thermostat and request the incentive. Request incentive.
  2. Submit supporting documents within 60 days of the initial request.
