Serves: Athens-Clarke, Barrow, DeKalb, Greene, Gwinnett, Morgan, Newton, Oconee, Rockdale and Walton counties.
Do I Qualify
- Receive electric service from Walton EMC.
- Replace an existing home's fossil-fuel heating system with an all-electric heat pump.
- Dual-fuel heat pump installations do not qualify.
How Much Comes Off
