- Receive Intermountain Gas service under its Idaho residential rate schedule.
- Heat the home exclusively with Intermountain natural gas.
- An electric heat pump cannot provide space heating. Any installed heat pump must be wired for cooling only.
- Install new equipment and submit the application within 90 days.

Who Files It
The purchaser applies through the customer account or submits the downloaded form. The purchaser may designate an appointee to receive the rebate.
The provider pays either the contractor or the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Confirm the furnace efficiency before installation.
- Collect the final invoice with installation date, cost, brand, model and serial number.
- Apply within 90 days through your Intermountain Gas account or use the downloadable application. Applications.
