- MidAmerican must supply the home's primary heating or cooling fuel.
- Connect the thermostat to Wi-Fi and register it with the manufacturer.
- Limit two rebates per equipment type at each installation address.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The account holder or building owner applies. An alternative payee may be authorized.
The provider pays either the contractor or the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Purchase and install during January 1–December 31, 2026.
- Apply with the receipt within 90 days of purchase or by December 31, 2026, whichever comes first. Rebate instructions.
