Do I Qualify
- Household income must be below 150% of area median income.
- Below 80% AMI, the program covers up to 100% of eligible cost. At 80%–150% AMI, it covers up to 50%.
- The current provider rules exclude replacement of existing electric equipment and new construction.
- Use the program’s approved contractor network.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The household starts the application. The program assigns approved contractors and applies an upfront discount.

- Complete the program energy checkup and approve the proposed scope.
- Have an approved contractor install the eligible equipment.
