Who Files It
The member completes and signs the rebate form.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Complete the Heat Pump Rebate Form. Rebate form.
- Attach your unit's AHRI certificate.
- Bring the documents to a Salt River Electric office or mail them to the address on the form.
