Cleco HVAC Replacement Rebate Program: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Funding is limited and restrictions apply.
Serves: Acadia, Allen, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Catahoula, DeSoto, Evangeline, Grant, Iberia, Jefferson Davis, LaSalle, Natchitoches, Rapides, Red River, Sabine, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Vermilion, Vernon and Washington parishes.
Do I Qualify
- Existing Cleco-served homes qualify. Use a participating contractor.
- Systems must be AHRI-matched and no larger than 5.4 tons.
- AC requires at least 11.5 EER2. Heat pumps require at least 10.8 EER2 and 7.5 HSPF2.
- Homes with gas heating must retain gas heat. A heat pump conversion requires dual fuel.
- Income-qualified rates require an eligible LMISD block group or HUD Qualified Census Tract.

Who Files It
The participating contractor files in P3 within 60 days. Cleco pays the contractor, who deducts the full incentive from your bill.
The money is paid to the contractor.
The Steps to Apply
- Select an approved contractor and confirm funds before installation. Approved contractors.
- Review the quoted incentive and sign the participant agreement.
- Have the contractor install and submit the system. Check the invoice deduction.
