Serves: Richmond, Gardiner, Farmingdale, Hallowell, Augusta, Sidney, Belgrade, Oakland, Fairfield, Waterville, Skowhegan, Norridgewock, Madison, China, Albion, Windsor, Winslow, Randolph, Cumberland, Yarmouth, and Falmouth.
Do I Qualify
- Sign the agreement, convert primary heating, and begin gas service by December 31, 2026.
- New construction and residences previously served by Summit for primary heating are excluded.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
