Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis; rebates end when funds are exhausted.
Serves: Parts of Aitkin, Benton, Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Pine, Sherburne, and Washington counties (MN), plus Burnett, Douglas, and Washburn counties (WI).
Do I Qualify
- Install qualifying equipment at a valid ECE account.
- Obtain the contractor's signature and allow ECE to verify installation.
How Much Comes Off
