Do I Qualify
- You must be a Coast Electric member.
- The existing-home offer covers conversion from gas, an electric furnace, or a heat pump below 12 SEER.
- All heat pump systems must be ARI certified.
How Much Comes Off

| Additional qualifying heat pump | Two or more units are required; all heat pump systems MUST be ARI certified | $150 per additional unit |
Who Files It
The member contacts Coast Electric's residential energy management representative for the incentive process.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Contact the representative for your county before replacing the system. Residential energy contacts.
- Confirm that the old system and proposed heat pump meet the existing-home requirements.
- Ask the representative which installation records are required for payment.
