Columbia Air Conditioner and Heat Pump Rebates: Open

Enrollment for 2026 is open. Rebates are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis to electric customers, as funding is available each fiscal year.

Do I Qualify

  • You must be a City of Columbia Utilities electric customer replacing an existing system.
  • The application requires an efficiency improvement, AHRI-listed equipment, a paid invoice and a completed mechanical permit.
