| Natural gas furnace | 94% - 95% AFUE; 30,000 BTU or higher | $250 per unit |
| Natural gas furnace | 96% AFUE or greater; 30,000 BTU or higher | $300 per unit |
Who Files It
The customer submits a separate form for each equipment rebate.
