Unitil New Hampshire Natural Gas Heating Equipment: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. These rebates are available to natural gas customers of Liberty and Unitil while funding is available.
Serves: Atkinson, Brentwood, Dover, Durham, East Kingston, East Rochester, Epping, Exeter, Gonic, Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, Kingston (part), Madbury, Newington, North Hampton, Plaistow, Portsmouth, Rochester, Rollinsford, Salem, Seabrook, Somersworth, Stratham.
Do I Qualify
- Hold a Unitil residential natural gas heating account in New Hampshire.
- Buy and install eligible new equipment during 2026. A licensed contractor must install the furnace.
- Used equipment and duplicate utility efficiency incentives are ineligible.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The gas account holder signs and files the application with the paid invoice.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Choose eligible equipment and retain the itemized invoice. Unitil program.
- Submit the completed application by January 31, 2027. 2026 application.
