Enrollment for 2026 is open. The program is only open to Western New York customers in National Fuel's service territory.

Serves: National Fuel's Western New York service territory.

Do I Qualify

  • Have an active National Fuel gas account at the installation address.
  • Install the new thermostat through a qualifying contractor during the program year.
  • Submit the application, utility bill and paid invoice by the application deadline.
  • New construction is ineligible.

Who Files It

The customer submits the rebate application and contractor invoice. The application offers a mailed check or prepaid debit card.

The money is paid to the homeowner.

The Steps to Apply

  1. Have a qualifying contractor install the thermostat and retain the paid invoice.
  2. Submit the residential application by March 31, 2027. Apply for the rebate.
