Serves: Enbridge Gas North Carolina service territory, including the Asheville, Durham, Gastonia and Raleigh regions.
Do I Qualify
- Have an active Enbridge Gas North Carolina account at the installation address.
- Replace existing natural gas equipment with new qualifying natural gas equipment.
- Be the customer of record or the property owner.
- Leased equipment does not qualify.

Who Files It
The customer or property owner submits the signed claim form and proof of purchase.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Have a licensed contractor install qualifying equipment.
- Submit the claim form and itemized receipt within 90 days of installation. Get the claim form.
- The rebate normally arrives as a utility bill credit.
