Lumbee River EMC Heating & Cooling Rebate: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Rebates are available to residential members only. All rebates are subject to approval and are contingent upon fund availability.
Serves: Cumberland, Hoke, Robeson, Moore, and Scotland Counties.
Do I Qualify
- Hold an active residential electric account.
- Use an NC-licensed heating and cooling contractor.
- Apply within 90 days. Submit the detailed receipt and AHRI certificate.
- The limit is two heating and cooling unit rebates per account.
How Much Comes Off

| Geothermal heat pump | 17.1 SEER2, as printed on the application. | $250 per unit |
Who Files It
The residential member of record submits the application.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
