Serves: Owner-occupied homes throughout Oregon through regional administrators and participating Tribes. Currently accepting in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, Hood River, Sherman and Wasco counties, and for Burns Paiute Tribe members.
Do I Qualify
- The applicant must own and occupy the Oregon residence.
- Contact the regional or Tribal administrator to confirm funding and project eligibility.
- The equipment must meet the applicable efficiency, sizing, permitting and installation rules.

Who Files It
The homeowner applies through the regional or Tribal administrator, which sets the local application process.
The provider pays either the contractor or the homeowner.
