Pacific Power — Energy Trust of Oregon Home Retrofit: Open

Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Energy Trust says, “We offer cash back to you or your customers” for improvements in existing homes. Incentive offers are subject to funding availability and may change.

Serves: Existing Oregon homes served by Pacific Power.

Do I Qualify

  • The home must be an existing eligible residence. Pacific Power customers receive Oregon incentives through Energy Trust of Oregon.
  • Extended-capacity heat pump incentives can cover an existing heat pump replacement or a conversion from non-electric heat.
  • Savings Within Reach requires income eligibility. Increased rental incentives require an eligible rental property.
  • Community Partner Funding requires a client relationship with an enrolled community-based organization.
  • The ductless incentives listed here require replacing electric resistance heat. They do not establish eligibility for replacing an existing mini-split.
  • Standard ducted conversion incentives require replacing an electric furnace. They do not apply to every central AC replacement.
  • Smart thermostat incentives were discontinued for homes with electric heating systems. The continuing offer is for gas forced-air furnaces.
