Duquesne Light Instant Discount Program: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. The Instant Discount Program is available from August 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031, or until available funding is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Serves: Eligible Duquesne Light residential accounts in the shaded portions of Beaver and Allegheny counties.
Do I Qualify
- Have an eligible Duquesne Light residential account.
- Have the contractor buy qualifying equipment from a participating distributor.

Who Files It
The participating distributor handles the application and applies the discount through the contractor's purchase.
The money is paid to the distributor.
