PECO Heating & Cooling Rebates: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. PECO provides online, contractor and mail application options for qualifying equipment.
Serves: PECO-served portions of Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and York counties. Gas measures require PECO natural gas service.
Do I Qualify
- Receive PECO residential service for the equipment's fuel.
- Install new qualifying equipment in an existing home.
- New construction does not qualify.

Who Files It
The customer applies, or a contractor submits the application for the customer.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Check the complete system's eligibility before purchase.
- Install the equipment and keep the paid invoice.
- Submit the application within 90 days of purchase or installation. Application forms.
