Serves: All or portions of Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Giles, Grundy, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marion, Marshall, Maury, Moore, Rutherford, Warren and Williamson counties in Middle Tennessee.
Do I Qualify
- Use a qualifying thermostat connected to the internet.
- Electric heating and cooling qualify for year-round participation. Non-electric heating with electric cooling qualifies for summer-only participation.
- Allow temporary thermostat adjustments during peak demand.

Who Files It
The homeowner enrolls the thermostat and applies for any eligible post-purchase rebate.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
