Do I Qualify
- Have a current residential electric account no more than 30 days past due.
- A ducted heat pump must be the primary heat source and serve at least 80 percent of conditioned living space.
- Use a licensed HVAC contractor for ducted work. Ductless work requires a licensed contractor and/or proof of a final city permit inspection.
- A like-for-like heat-pump replacement is not an eligible ducted conversion.
