Serves: All of Clark County.
Do I Qualify
- Own the home or obtain the owner's permission.
- Dual-fuel systems and replacement of an existing qualifying thermostat do not qualify.
How Much Comes Off

| Smart thermostat | Listed qualifying model controlling an electric furnace or ducted heat pump. Replace a non-qualifying thermostat. | $140 per system |
Who Files It
The customer claims a retail rebate or receives an instant marketplace discount.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Check the model list before buying.
- Submit the rebate form and purchase receipt unless the marketplace already applied the rebate. Program page.
