Peninsula Light Company Smart Thermostat Incentives: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Purchase a new qualifying smart thermostat and receive an incentive from PenLight.
Serves: Western Pierce County, from the Tacoma Narrows on the south to the Kitsap County line on the north.
Do I Qualify
- Use an existing eligible home and qualifying thermostat.
- Register the smart thermostat as connected with its manufacturer.
How Much Comes Off

| Communicating Line Voltage Thermostat Incentive | Replace bi-metal controls for zonal electric resistance heating. Meet Wi-Fi, weather-data and programming requirements. | $35 per unit |
Who Files It
The customer submits the project form and receipt to PenLight's energy specialist.
The money is paid to the homeowner.

- Check the qualified model list and install the thermostat.
