Central AC Rebate: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Program funds are limited and available to eligible PWP customers.
Serves: PWP electric customers within Pasadena.
Do I Qualify
- You must be a residential PWP electric customer.
- Buy and install new equipment.
- The limit is one central AC unit per residence every ten years.
How Much Comes Off

| Central AC bill-assistance bonus | Enrollment in PWP's income-qualified Bill Payment Assistance program. | $120 per ton |
Who Files It
The residential customer applies through their PWP account. PWP sends the approved rebate by check.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Install the system and collect the paid invoice, AHRI certificate, efficiency rating, and installed tonnage.
- Log in to your PWP account and select Apply for Rebate within 180 days of purchase. Open the rebate instructions.
