Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Applications are processed on a first-come, first served basis until funds are depleted or the program is closed.
Serves: Residences receiving electricity from Roseville Electric Utility in Roseville.
Do I Qualify
- Install a new thermostat in a residence receiving Roseville Electric service.
- Provide the ENERGY STAR label and an itemized paid receipt.
- Thermostat rebates apply only to retrofit projects.

Who Files It
The account holder signs the application and selects the rebate recipient. Payment may go to the account holder, property owner, or project contractor.
The provider pays either the contractor or the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Buy and install a qualifying thermostat.
- Submit the signed application, paid receipt, and ENERGY STAR label within 90 days of purchase or installation. Get the rebate application.
