- The legacy flyer covers existing California homes and requires a TECH-certified contractor.
- The published statewide notice says the incentive funding is fully reserved.

Who Files It
A TECH Clean California-certified contractor files and receives the incentive for the customer project.
The money is paid to the contractor.
The Steps to Apply
- Ask the certified contractor about an existing approved reservation. Current funding notice.
- Do not treat the legacy chart as an available rebate for a new purchase.
