Who Files It

The customer and trade ally complete and sign the application. A contractor may receive payment when the invoice shows the incentive discount.

The provider pays either the contractor or the homeowner.

The Steps to Apply

  1. Contact the program to confirm eligibility and obtain written approval.
  2. Install approved equipment and submit the signed application and final invoice.
