Enrollment for 2026 is open. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. The program will end when the budget is depleted.

Do I Qualify
- Be a current Colorado residential electric customer.
- Install new, matched equipment in conditioned living space.
- Early retirement requires an operating AC less than twelve years old.
- Quality Installation requires an EPA ENERGY STAR qualified installer.

The customer applies. The installing contractor completes the equipment section.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Select the applicable equipment and installation tier.
- Submit the signed application, invoice, and required AHRI documentation by January 31, 2027.
