Who Files It
The customer applies. A payee release is required when the applicant is not the account holder.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Keep the receipt and your ComEd account number.
- Apply within 60 days of purchase or by February 28, 2027, whichever comes first. Rebate application.
