- You must be an existing Entergy New Orleans residential customer.
- Buy a new qualifying product and install it at the address on the application.
- The limit is two smart thermostats per residential account.
- You cannot combine this rebate with another Entergy New Orleans offer.

The Steps to Apply
- Buy and install a qualifying thermostat.
- Apply with the receipt within 45 days of purchase and no later than February 14, 2027. Program page.
