Serves: SWEPCO service areas in Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, DeSoto, Grant, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine, Vernon, Webster and Winn parishes.
Do I Qualify
- You must have an active SWEPCO Louisiana residential account.
- Install a qualifying thermostat and keep the receipt.
- The receipt must be dated in the current year. The limit is two thermostats per service address.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The customer applies online and receives a prepaid gift card.
