Liberty Missouri Gas High-Efficiency Rebate Program: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Liberty is offering a rebate to our Missouri customers on the purchase of high-efficiency ENERGY STAR natural gas home heating and water heating equipment.
Serves: Butler, Canton, Caruthersville, Hannibal, Jackson, Kirksville, Malden and Sikeston.
Do I Qualify
- Receive Liberty Missouri gas service under its Residential Firm Service Rate.
- Install equipment in the customer's name at the address on the Liberty bill.
- Provide a recent bill and the contractor invoice.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The customer signs and mails a separate application for each rebate. The installer signs the installation verification.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Complete the installation verification form and attach the required documents. Rebate application.
- Mail the application to the address printed on the form.
