Spire Missouri East Residential High-Efficiency Rebates: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. The program year runs from October 1 to September 30. The amounts are from the Missouri East form printed in October 2025. Confirm them on the current form before you count on them. Funding is limited.
Do I Qualify
- The home has an active Spire residential gas account.
- A licensed HVAC or plumbing contractor installed the equipment at the account address.
- You apply within one year of the purchase and installation, and you still own or occupy the home.
- You have the receipt or contractor invoice with the manufacturer, the full model number, the price and the dates.
- You installed the equipment yourself. Only a thermostat may be self-installed.
- You already used two heating-system rebates on this account.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
You file it, online or by mail. Your contractor can file it instead when you sign the rebate reassignment section of the form. Spire pays by prepaid Mastercard about 6 to 8 weeks after approval. The rebate cannot exceed what you paid.
The Steps to Apply
- Have a licensed contractor install a furnace at 92% AFUE or better. Keep the invoice with the model number and both dates.
- Find your 10-digit Spire account number on your bill.
- Apply online. Choose Save energy and money, then the rebate form for Eastern Missouri. Spire rebates.
- Or print the mail-in form and send it with the invoice. Mail-in form (PDF).
- Watch the mail. The prepaid card arrives in about 6 to 8 weeks and is valid for 6 months.
