Enrollment for 2026 is open. Programs are available to customers of Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) and of participating wholesale electric utilities of NPPD.

Serves: Customers of Nebraska Public Power District and participating wholesale electric utilities of NPPD.

Do I Qualify

  • Permanently install the heat pump in a single-family home and use it primarily for space heating.
  • Provide the matching-system AHRI certificate. Variable-capacity claims also need manufacturer literature.
  • Package terminal heat pumps do not qualify.
  • The low-interest loan is an alternative to the direct incentive.
