Serves: Parts of Butler, Hamilton, Preble and Montgomery counties in southwest Ohio.

Do I Qualify

The system must supply all home heating electrically, apart from fireplaces or wood stoves.
Use an approved geothermal contractor and a closed plastic-pipe loop.
Direct-expansion systems and members with distributed generation do not qualify.
Lighting, seasonal, net-metering and net-billing accounts do not qualify.

The member and geothermal contractor complete the program paperwork.

The money is paid to the homeowner.
