Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Effective Rebate Dates: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.

Serves: Parts of Butler, Hamilton, Preble and Montgomery counties in southwest Ohio.

Do I Qualify

  • The member must own the home. The home needs broadband.
  • The homeowner or a qualified installer may install the thermostat.
  • The program pays at most two thermostat rebates per residence during the year.
