Community Heat Pump Deployment Program: Open
Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open in North Coast, North Central and Burns Paiute: “Funding Available Accepting Applications.” Other listed regions and Coquille have fully reserved funding.
Serves: Oregon owner-occupied homes. Currently accepting: Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, Hood River, Sherman and Wasco counties, plus the Burns Paiute Tribal allocation.
Do I Qualify
- You must own and occupy the Oregon home.
- Your regional or Tribal administrator must have funding.
- Rental properties do not qualify for this program.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
Apply through the regional or Tribal administrator. Its process may pay the homeowner or contractor.
The provider pays either the contractor or the homeowner.
