Oregon Heat Pump Purchase Program: Closed for 2026
Enrollment for 2026 is closed. Closed for new owner-occupied reservations: “Round 1 and Round 2 funding is fully reserved.” Rental-property applications remain open.
Serves: Owner-occupied residences and residential rental properties located in Oregon.
Do I Qualify
- An ODOE-approved contractor must install the system and apply.
- Installation must occur after the program start date.
- New owner-occupied applications have no available funding.
- This incentive cannot be combined with HOMES or HEAR funding.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The approved contractor applies and receives payment. The homeowner receives the full incentive as an upfront price reduction.

- Keep the final invoice signed by you and the contractor.
