Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open: Rebates are available and are offered to cooperative members who install qualified systems.
Serves: Southern Beaufort, Hampton and Jasper counties.
Do I Qualify
- Members replacing an existing heating and cooling system can participate.
- Use a licensed heat pump contractor and meet local codes.
- Return the rebate form before installation and allow a final inspection.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The homeowner completes the rebate form with the heat pump contractor.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Ask a Palmetto Electric marketing representative about system selection and sizing.
- Submit the completed rebate form before installing the system. Program and application.
- Notify Palmetto Electric after installation so it can inspect the system and send your check.
