Dual Fuel Heat Pumps: Open

Serves: Southern Beaufort, Hampton and Jasper counties.
Do I Qualify
- Members with existing residential homes qualify.
- Use an approved contractor with a South Carolina mechanical contractor license.
- Require a Manual J calculation and automatic gas backup below 35 degrees. Electric resistance backup is prohibited.
- Apply within one year and allow Palmetto Electric to inspect the installation.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The homeowner completes the online application with equipment information and the sales invoice.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
