Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open: you can enroll and receive an enrollment payment, plus a payment every year you participate in the program.
Serves: PNM residential electric service territory in New Mexico.
Do I Qualify
- Own a qualifying Wi-Fi thermostat that controls central air conditioning or a heat pump.
- Enroll the thermostat in the participation program.
How Much Comes Off
