Do I Qualify
- Have a PNM residential electric account.
- Limit two thermostat rebates over the life of the account.
- Postmark the rebate request by December 31, 2026.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The customer submits the receipt and a recent PNM electric bill.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Buy and install an eligible thermostat.
- Apply online or mail the completed brochure form with the required documents. Apply.
